Hit your
macros.

You can't out-train your diet. Checkfit sets your calories and protein, then lets you log every meal so you actually hit them — and stay in the deficit when you're cutting.

Targets, then
tracking.

01

Set your goal.

Fat loss, maintenance, or muscle. Checkfit calculates your daily calories and protein from your stats.

02

Log your food.

Search a food, add it, move on. Every meal rolls into one running daily total.

03

Stay on target.

See calories and macros against your goal in real time — and know when you’re about to go over.

Cutting

Stay in the
deficit.

Fat loss is a calorie deficit, held over time. The hard part isn't knowing that — it's staying under your number day after day. Logging your food turns the deficit from a guess into something you can see, so the scale moves the way it should.

Building

Hit your
protein.

Muscle needs protein and enough calories to build on. Checkfit sets both, and logging keeps you honest — so the work you put in at the gym actually has the raw material to show up. More on building muscle.

Do I need a separate app to track my food? +

No. Calorie and macro tracking is built into Checkfit. You log your food in the same app that runs your training — one subscription, one place.

How does Checkfit set my calorie and protein targets? +

From your stats and your goal. Tell Checkfit whether you want to lose fat, maintain, or build muscle, and it calculates a daily calorie number and a protein target — then projects when you’ll reach your goal weight.

Can I use it to stay in a calorie deficit? +

Yes. Set a fat-loss goal and Checkfit gives you a deficit calorie target. Log your meals through the day and you can see, at a glance, whether you’re on track to stay under it.

Does it track macros or just calories? +

Both. You get a daily calorie target plus a protein target to protect muscle, and every logged food rolls up into a running total you check against your goal.

What happens when I change my goal? +

The plan rebuilds. Switch from cutting to maintaining and your calorie and protein targets update immediately — no recalculating by hand.
