Your Privacy Choices.

You own your data, and you can remove it from Checkfit whenever you want. This page explains exactly what that means, how to do it, and one important thing to know about your subscription.

Delete all of your data

Checkfit has a built-in option to permanently delete your account and all of the data associated with it. To do it:

This removes your data from our systems. The deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, so make sure you've saved anything you want to keep before you confirm.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we remove the personal data tied to it, including:

We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it — for example, records needed for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes — but this is kept only as long as necessary and is not used to identify you for any other purpose. For the full detail on what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.

Important: your subscription is separate

Deleting your data in the app does not cancel your subscription. Checkfit subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), not by us, so we can't cancel them on your behalf. If you delete your account, you'll also need to cancel your subscription yourself to stop future charges:

Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for another period. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Other requests

If you'd like a copy of your data, want to correct something, or have any other privacy request, email hello@checkfit.com and we'll help. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA — those are described in our Privacy Policy.
